WINE AND MUSIC

Texas wineries are finding that people enjoy wines even more when music is played. Background music is dubbed in at almost all of the Texas winery tasting rooms. Several wineries have a theme to their music. Texas Fine Wines, a consortium of premium Texas Wineries (Bending Branch Winery, Brennan Vineyards, Duchman Family Winery, Pedernales Cellars, and Spicewood Vineyards) will be pairing their wines during several of events before and after the programs during Rising Stars and Texas Legends in historic downtown Conroe March 12th thru 21st.
Several local wineries host live music concerts featuring great opportunities to pair wines with live music and friends/family! Although there are a few FREE concerts, most wineries charge a concert fee to defray the cost of the musicians. A listing of those concerts at local wineries is provided below:

I know that Bernhardt Winery and Blue Epiphany Vineyards are both pet-friendly (provided your dog is on a leash and owner is equipped with “poop bags”) since both wineries have “winery dogs.” Most of the concerts at Blue Epiphany Vineyards on the north side of Conroe are FREE! It is best to plan ahead when attending these concerts as to costs, offsite foods, children, pets, and seating. Please note that the Texas Alcoholic beverage Commission prohibits offsite alcohol to enter the winery premises! I hope you have an enjoyable time with your wine, music, and friends/family!
